CROSSFIT KIDS
CrossFit Kids Is a strength and conditioning programme that is specifically designed for youths to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In class we emphasise good movement, confidence and team work. They are asked to try new things weekly and push themselves every session, but always with the foundation of having fun.
AGE?
CrossFit Kids - Ages 6 to 11 years
CrossFit Teens - Ages 11 to 15 years

WHEN?
CrossFit Kids - Tuesday's 4pm
CrossFit Teens - Thursdays 4pm
CrossFit Kids - Saturdays 10am (Ages 8-14, Haverfordwest only. Please note, this is a more advanced class)
