INTRODUCTION PROGRAMME

​Before you start our full Crossfit classes we need to teach you to move safely, effectively and bring you up to speed with all movements. 

Our Introduction/Beginner Programme is fun, educational and perfect for all fitness levels. Held every Thursday evening 7pm, the sessions are designed to make sure you transition into full CrossFit classes with confidence and gain exposure to everything that CrossFit Pembrokeshire has to offer.

You will do all this alongside like minded individuals under the guidance of a professional and caring coach. This Programme is absolutely FREE and we require you to attend 2 sessions before going into full time classes.
