Before you start our full Crossfit classes we need to teach you to move safely, effectively and bring you up to speed with all movements.
Our Introduction Program is fun, educational and perfect for all fitness levels. Held every Thursday and Saturday, they are designed to make sure you transition into full CrossFit classes with confidence and gain exposure to everything that CrossFit Pembrokeshire has to offer.
You will do all this alongside like minded individuals under the guidance of a professional and caring coach. Our Introduction Program is absolutely FREE and we require you to attend 2 sessions before going into full time classes.
