KIDS & TEENS
CrossFit Kids and Teens is a strength and conditioning programme that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In class we emphasize good movement, confidence and team work. They are asked to try new things weekly and push themselves every session, but always with the foundation of having fun.
CrossFit Kids - Ages 5 to 10 years
CrossFit Teens - Ages 11 to 15 years
